Cancellation Policy

Cancel a trial

Open Settings, choose Billing, and select Cancel trial before the displayed trial end time. Growlo opens Stripe's secure cancellation flow for your subscription.

Your trial access continues until the displayed end date unless Stripe states otherwise. The subscription will not convert to a paid monthly or annual plan, and no subscription fee will be charged.

Cancel a paid renewal

Open Settings, choose Billing, and select Cancel subscription or Cancel at renewal. Ordinary cancellation keeps paid access through the current billing period and stops the next renewal.

The Billing page displays the effective date. You can also update your payment method and view invoices from the same secure Stripe portal.

Annual Fair Start cancellation

During an eligible 14-day Fair Start window, Billing shows two separate choices: Cancel at renewal, or Cancel now and receive a full refund.

The refund choice ends Growlo access immediately and refunds the eligible first annual Growlo subscription payment. Separately itemized third-party spend accepted before purchase may be excluded as described in the Refund Policy.

Managed onboarding review

Managed customers can start an onboarding-guarantee review from Billing during the displayed 14-day window. The request time and reason are saved and reviewed against the agreed onboarding scope.

If the in-app path is unavailable

Email admin@deanxious.com from the account email before the displayed deadline. Include the workspace name and state that the in-app cancellation path was unavailable. Growlo will preserve an on-time request while the issue is investigated.
